Since April 2022, he has been an integral part of MK-Survey, successfully conducting a broad range of inspections including Draft Surveys, Bunker Surveys, On/Off-Hire Inspections, Condition Surveys, Supervision of Cargo Loading and Discharging Operations, Yacht Operations, and ISM & ISPS Audits. In 1991 Oleg finished Novorossiysk Higher Engineering Marine School and embarked on a maritime career that saw him progress through the ranks of Second Officer, Chief Officer, and ultimately Captain on General Cargo Vessels, Bulk Carriers, and Container Vessels. In 2014, he achieved the distinguished qualification of Master Mariner Unlimited, granting him the authority to command all cargo vessels without tonnage limitations on international voyages. His leadership, expertise, and problem-solving abilities have been tested and proven in diverse and demanding maritime environments.
